October Volunteer Days

October Volunteer Days were an incredible success!

At food banks and food rescue organizations statewide, 230 Farm Bureau volunteers rolled up their sleeves and packed meals for folks of all ages, portioned potatoes of all kinds, packed pasta by the pound, and sorted through mountains of donations.

During this time, Angela had the privilege of volunteering at the South Michigan Food Bank. She was grateful to work alongside her mom, Pat Shannon, and her Aunt Joanne. She can’t thank them enough for helping with the Farm Bureau Insurance Michigan volunteer days.  

Together, home office employees, agents across the state, and volunteers from far and wide came together to help fight hunger in Michigan.
